Each year, the BFJ
Chapter hosts the ever-popular Barristers' Ball - a
truly unique affair where lawyers and judges
and their families come together for a
night of great food, music, dancing, recognition of
outstanding achievements, and most importantly, fund
raising. Moneys are raised through ticket sales,
table sales, and corporate and community sponsorships.
This single event helps to fund all-important
scholarships to deserving minority students of the Cecil
C. Humphreys School of Law and generally provides the
financial backbone of much of the Ben F. Jones
programming throughout the year.
BARRISTERS' BALL
Last year, the Barristers' Ball
completely sold out, and we actually had to order more
tables to accommodate overbooking. This year,
purchase your ticket early! Ticket pricing and
sponsorship options are detailed below. For your

to the scholarship fund, edging us ever closer to the
ultimate goal of increasing the number and amount
of our scholarships from year to year (all
individual contributors will be recognized in our Sponsors Hall of Fame at www.benfjones.org)
